This is a simple, floaty T-shaped top to be worn over a strappy vest top or summer dress. The lacy border that twists across the shoulders of the top will let a little breeze in, but still give warmth if it turns chilly.  It would make an excellent alternative to a summer shawl.
It is knit from the centre out, starting with a provisional cast-on and the front and back are identical. There are video links demonstrating the Provisional Cast-On and the Modified Three-Needle Cast-Off used at the sides.

SIZES:
Finished Measurements: 100.5 (115: 129: 143.5: 158: 172.5: 186.5) cm / 39½ (45¼: 50¾: 56½: 62¼: 68: 73¼) in.
Choose a size with generous ease, about 23 -30cm / 8 – 12in.

TENSION:
28 sts and 39 rows to 10cm over Stocking Stitch and Lace Chart Pattern using 3.25mm needles.

Ainsworth & Prin Merino and Silk Single (4ply weight; 70% Superwash Merino, 30% Silk; 400m/437yds per 100g skein)
