Delivery
You will receive a confirmation email that your order is completed when your parcel has been posted.
UK Customers
Delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail 2nd class standard post and they aim to deliver parcels in two or three working days. Delivery to the more remote parts of the UK may take a little longer as you’ll probably know if you are lucky enough to live in one of these locations. Orders over £80 are sent by Royal Mail Second Class Signed and will need a signature upon receipt.
Orders up to £50: delivery costs £4.00 and is by Royal Mail 2nd class standard post
Orders over £50: delivery is free and is by Royal Mail 2nd class standard post
Orders over £80: delivery is free and by Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For.
Overseas Customers
The Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until at least 25 working days have passed from posting.
Delivery is by Royal Mail International Tracked and or Signed service. Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels in 5-7 working days though it is probably best to allow up to at least 14 working days for delivery. Deliveries are not considered lost until 25 working days after postage. Orders may need a signature upon receipt. All prices on the website are in Pounds Sterling and we are not VAT registered. The customer is responsible for any import taxes, duties and handling fee that may be levied once the parcel reaches your country, we strongly recommend that you get in touch with your local customs office for further information. Should a parcel be refused at point of entry and charges left unpaid by the customer so that the parcel is sent back to us, we will refund the purchase price less any costs incurred.

US Customers
Due to increases in USPS last mile policy Royal Mail now treats the US as a separate zone with its own postal rate.
