Designer Gudrun Johnston draws inspiration from the Shetland Islands in this collection of nine patterns that feature fairisle and lace techniques. There are five sweater patterns, a cardigan and three accessories using a range of yarn weights the sweaters and cardigan come in a wide range of adult sizes.

This is a Printed Pattern
A luxuriously soft and squishy pair of socks for padding around the house. Knit with sock yarn and Mohair Silk Lace held together they are sure to keep your feet toasty.
Size: Three sizes:
To fit foot circumference 19.5 (22: 24.5)cm / 7¾ (9: 10¾)in
Actual circumference of sock after blocking 17 (20.5: 24.5) cm / 6¾ (8: 9½)in
Tension: 23 sts and 32 rounds to 10cm / 4” worked over 2 x 2 rib using 3.75mm / US 5 needles. Measure slightly stretched and after blocking.

Truleigh Socks

Perfect for a hike over the Downs, Truleigh Socks are top down with a simple colour work band at the cuff and toes. They have a reinforced heel and rounded toe.
Knit in the round the pattern is charted.

Actual circumference of sock after blocking 18.5 (20.5: 22) cm / 7¼ (8: 8¾)in
Tension:34 sts and 38 rounds to 10cm / 4” worked over Chart Pattern. 32 sts and 42 rounds to 10cm / 4″ worked over Stocking Stitch using 2.25mm / US 1 needles.

Wooden buttons
Olive wood buttons, either plain or with a lasered design. These buttons have a smooth polished surface. Machine washable.

Wren Dress Pattern
This is a Printed Pattern only
Wren is a demure, nostalgic style with its button-up Peter Pan collar. The front, back and sleeves are knitted flat and then sewn together with a simple skirt. The bodice is textured with a simple slip stitch pattern and the collar, cuffs and waist are trimmed with a narrow lace edging which adds a bit of interest for the confident knitter.
Skills required: casting on, casting off, knitting, purling, increasing, decreasing, picking up stitches and yarn overs. The skirt is machine sewn on.
