This is a Printed Pattern
Freight is knit from the top down, starting at the back neck using Julie Weisenberger’s Cocoknits Method: increases are made for the shoulders, then these stitches are worked until the underarm shaping is complete. Stitches for the front are picked up from the back shoulders, and after completing the neck and underarm shaping, the back and front are joined and worked in the round. The herringbone stitch border is a simple staggered slip stitch and quite addictive. All the edges are neatly finished with Icord.
